HILL COUNTRY POST INITIATIVE
The Hill Country Post is a community-supported news and information media initiative of the Mission Transition Foundation, whose mission is to help our active-duty members, first-responders, veterans, and their families overcome the effects of PTSD. It is focused on sharing information for the counties throughout the Texas Hill Country including Bandera, Blanco, Edwards, Frio, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, Real, and Uvalde. One hundred percent (100%) of advertising and shop (their products only) proceeds from the Hill Country Post goes towards supporting our nation’s heroes, helping raise awareness about PTSD, and supporting our primary PTSD Treatment Assistance Initiative.
Through the generous support of its donors and sponsors, The Mission Transition Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable, non-profit organization that provides our heroes a beautiful and natural facility that inspires healing, located in Real County on the Nueces River.
We welcome our Hill Country neighbors and businesses to help support our military veterans and first-responders by sharing news, notices, human interest stories and special events through community service at www.hillcountrypost.org.
