Our Riverfront Pavilion, nestled along the pristine waters of the Nueces River, is the ideal location for intimate gatherings of up to 30 guests. Whether you’re planning a company retreat, counseling session, family reunion, private party, or wedding, this serene and picturesque venue offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and functional amenities.

Venue Highlights:

Majestic Outdoor Setting. The open-sided, covered pavilion is shaded by stately oak trees, creating a tranquil and inviting atmosphere for your event.

Riverfront Park Area. Enjoy the scenic open space along the Nueces River, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. Guests can play horseshoes, picnic under the oaks, or simply unwind in the great outdoors.

Functional Event Space. Rectangular folding tables and chairs are included with your booking. Guests are responsible for setup, takedown, cleaning, and storage, ensuring flexibility to tailor the space to your needs.

Food and Beverage Guidelines:

• Guests must use a caterer or prepare meals off-site. Our team is happy to recommend trusted local caterers.

• On-site facilities include a cooktop range and microwave oven for reheating meals. Please note that cooking in the kitchen is not permitted, and cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils are not provided.

• A BBQ grill is available for use, provided there is no county burn ban in effect.

Alcohol Policy:

• BYOB is allowed, but guests are solely responsible for monitoring and regulating alcohol consumption. For safety, a security officer is required and will be arranged by the ranch owner for an additional $150 per event.
