Run for Fun events are invitational fundraisers to support our retired veterans a first responders is a half-day (mornings only) event. We welcome running clubs to come out to have “run for fun” on our scenic Ranch Road 335 from Campo Rio to the historic pre-civil war town and cemetery of Vance, Texas and back.

A fee of $50 per person will go far to support our mission.

We invite running clubs of up to 20 runners (up to 30 individuals), per day to join us for “run for fun”  at Campo Rio Ranch on the crystal-clear Nueces River for a morning of a morning run.

Bring your favorite BBQ fajitas, burgers, or steaks and enjoy breakfast and  lunch on one our picnic tables or covered pavilion under the majestic oak trees, before departing.
